Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase of beat licences, loop kits and sample packs from Samu Soul. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About us
This website is operated by Marvin Yeboah trading as Samu Soul, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, of 4 Davey Gardens, Barking, IG11 0FB, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- Business: Marvin Yeboah trading as Samu Soul (sole trader)

2. Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or download preview audio, or remove the audio tags from previews.
3. Products and licences
We sell licences to use musical works, not ownership of them (unless an exclusive agreement expressly says otherwise). What you may do with each product is set out in:
- the Beat Licence Agreements (MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Trackout Lease, Unlimited Lease, Exclusive Rights); and
- the Sound Kit Licence for loop kits, drum kits and sample packs.
If these Terms conflict with a licence agreement, the licence agreement takes priority for how you may use the product. Previews on this site are for evaluation only and are watermarked (“tagged”); you may not use previews in any release.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the UK may pay local taxes or card fees charged by their bank.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
- A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation email.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors; if we do, we'll contact you before supplying the product and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Exclusive rights are sold by separate negotiation and a signed agreement, not through the standard checkout.
5. Delivery of digital content
Products are delivered digitally. Download links appear immediately on the order confirmation page and are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Links expire after 72 hours; contact us if you need them re-sent. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files and licence.
6. Your right to cancel
Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available, as permitted by regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected. See our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All beats, compositions, sound recordings, samples, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Samu Soul and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing on this site grants you any rights except under a licence you have purchased. Report suspected infringement via our Copyright & Takedown page.
8. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but not for losses that are not foreseeable. If you are a consumer, digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If you buy as a business, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses (for example lost profits or lost opportunities) where you buy as a consumer for private use.
9. Accounts, availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@samu-soul.com and we'll try to resolve any issue quickly.
